Our beautiful Bumblebees are made from individually hand-cut and positioned pieces of glass. Each bee is approx 4cm wide and 4cm high.
Our bees take two trips through the kiln at nearly 800°C. The first firing makes their lovely stripey bodies, and then a second trip adds their iridescent glass wings, eyes, smiles and a stainless steel rod which is approximately 30cm long.
